Rite of Passage

I've avoided taking Eleanora to a professional "portrait studio" preferring instead to capture our own snapshots in a more natural setting. I finally broke down and subjected her to this rite of childhood. Although I much prefer the style of photos taken by the photography student we hired back in November, a few turned out too cute not to share.

A smile from little Miss Eleanora is down right guaranteed to put a smile on me! Those eyes are so big and round and that happy little grin is irresistable. What a charmer--Sears will never be the same now that Eleanora has graced their studio with her adorable presence : ) And Mom is beautiful ...

Good Grief...! That top picture just yells out (to me anyway..):

"Hi, as you can plainly see, my Dad is Ben Hoffman!"

And then there's more Kara is the lower ones.

Of course, I might not be the best guy to believe on this stuff. I think Charlie kinda looks like Lyle Lovett...:)

So, you need to take that into account when you consider my opinion...

Love to all,

UB

Great portraits. What I love about the pictures you take is that you can see that Eleanora is looking at YOU. Total engagement, trust, joy. I agree with UB that the top photo says "Ben's daughter" very clearly. We love you all, and we treasure your caring. Love, AJ
